What Are You Most Proud Of Achieving During Your Five Years At DTE?
“Honestly, I’m so proud of how much I’ve grown in my role over the past five years. I’ve gone from learning the basics to confidently taking on more responsibility and supporting different teams across the business. I’m also proud of consistently delivering outstanding customer service and making sure our clients and colleagues have a positive experience. Knowing people can reply on me to keep things organised is something I’m really proud of.”
What Do You Enjoy Most About Working At DTE?
“The people, 100%. Everyone is approachable and supportive and there’s always someone willing to help if you need it. Even on busy days, there’s a good atmosphere and plenty of teamwork, which makes a big difference.”
What Are You Most Looking Forward To In The Years Ahead?
“I’m looking forward to learning new things, taking on new challenges and being part of whatever comes next. DTE is always evolving and it’s exciting to be part of that and see where the next few years take us.”
What's The Most Important Lesson You've Learned Since Joining?
“The most important lesson I’ve learned is the value of adaptability and teamwork and being open to change. Even when changes feel challenging at first, they’ve usually proven to work in the long run and to be risks worth taking.”
