The Challenge
The 13,000m² fulfilment centre combines 17-metre-high racking, automated robots, conveyors and WiFi-enabled forklifts, creating a complex wireless environment supporting up to 35,000 orders per day.
Existing warehouse WiFi solutions suffered from coverage issues, particularly for forklift operators, while limited network visibility made troubleshooting difficult.
