The Challenge
During peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas, Amazon relies on large numbers of temporary associates. This created challenges around training, accuracy and productivity.

The Solution
Working with Amazon, DTE developed a bespoke Pick to Light solution using low-voltage LED technology and intelligent software integration.
LED indicators visually guide associates to the correct stow location, reducing decision-making and training time while improving accuracy.
