The Challenge
The client required a complete electrical fit-out for a 12,000 sq ft commercial office, with the new workspace needing to be ready for employees to move into by a fixed deadline.
With the wider building remaining live and occupied throughout the project, careful planning and coordination were essential to minimise disruption while keeping the project on schedule.
Key challenges included:
🔹 Live Environment: Work needed to be completed while the wider building remained operational
🔹 Fixed Programme: The complete installation had to be delivered within six weeks
🔹 Project Coordination: Electrical and data works needed to be carefully coordinated alongside other trades

The Solution
DTE delivered the complete electrical and data infrastructure required for the new office environment, coordinating each stage of the installation around the wider fit-out programme.
The project included new electrical distribution and small power alongside structured data cabling connected back to the communications room. New LED lighting and intelligent controls were also installed to create an efficient, modern working environment.
